The website accepts launch-notification and support requests. The mobile app is in development; the account, activity and community sections apply when those features are available.
Who is responsible?

Website and waitlist
When you request a launch notification, we store your email, language, consent timestamp and the accepted privacy-policy version. We use these details to announce the launch. You can request removal through support.
Why we process data
Launch notifications rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time through support. Information needed for your account and requested features is used to provide the service. Abuse prevention and security rely on our legitimate interest in protecting the service and its users. An email is needed to receive a notification or reply; joining the waitlist is optional.
Account and activity
The timer and training plan can work without an account. If you create an account in the app, the service stores your email, name, profile and the settings and workouts you choose to sync. Passwords are hashed. Login sessions identify your device.
Community features
When you use sessions or posts, we process what you share: session details, location, text, media, participation and interactions. Visibility follows your settings and the session context. Avoid sharing personal details you do not want others to see.
Support and security
Support forms retain your email, message, request type and handling status. Technical services may process IP addresses, browser information and logs needed for security. Form rate-limit keys use a hashed IP address and expire after one hour.
Providers
Cloudflare Workers, D1 and R2 provide hosting and storage. Better Auth provides authentication; its Infra integration may process account and security events. Depending on the service, data may be processed in the United States and other countries.
Cookies and local storage
The website uses session cookies for the admin area and saves your language in a preference cookie and browser local storage. The app stores settings and activity required for offline use. We do not use advertising trackers on this website or sell personal data.
Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. Support data is kept while handling your request and for related recordkeeping needs. Waitlist entries are removed after the launch campaign or on request. Technical backups may temporarily retain data according to the provider’s backup cycle.
Your rights
Depending on applicable rules, you may request access, correction, erasure, portability or restriction, and object to processing based on our legitimate interests. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier processing. Use support to exercise these rights; we may verify your identity and respond within applicable time limits. You may complain to your local data-protection authority, including the CNIL in France (cnil.fr). We do not make automated decisions that produce legal effects about you.
Account deletion
The deletion page lets you request removal of account data or a waitlist entry. We verify account ownership before deleting the relevant data.
